The Village of St. Johnsville would like to recognize some milestones for local establishments in the month of September:
The Grace Christian Church is celebrating their 150 years in this village. This is a remarkable achievement representing generations of fellowship and commitment. The Grace Church will be having their ceremony this Sunday, September 27, 2026. (located on Center St.)
Stewart's Shops of St. Johnsville had a Grand Opening Ceremony on Thursday, September 17th, 2026 to celebrate their new building and amenities. (located on Main St.)
Across the street a new business will be joining our village. Nicks Family 3d will be having its Grand Opening this Saturday, September 26, 2026. A family and veteran owned business that will sell 3D printers and Accessories.
The Mohawk Valley Performing Arts Center, LLC has changed locations from the second floor to the first floor of 2 West Main St. The season begins at its new location on September 21.
On behalf of the Village of St. Johnsville, I would like to congratulate these establishments and thank them for choosing St. Johnsville!

Dog Licensing Event
VILLAGE RESIDENTS- Get your dogs licensed for $1 or $3 🐾 🐕
This is a great opportunity to get your dogs licensed at a discounted rate!
If your dog needs a rabies vaccination, the Rabies Clinic is scheduled at the Town Barn on September 12th.

Village Wide Garage Sales
The Village Wide Garage Sales will be taking place on the weekend of October 1st - October 3rd.Permits are not required for that weekend, but if you would like to be added to the list that gets posted, please call the Village Office at 518-568-2221 or email us at clerk@sjvny.gov.
Village Trash Days
The Village Trash Days will be taking place on Friday, October 9th and Saturday, October 10th. Please see the flyer below for the times and list of acceptable items. If you're unsure if an item will be accepted for trash drop-off, please call the DPW at 518-568-2225. Thank you.
